HOME-SOURCE (tm) allows the consultant to maintain the household - but requires genuine attention to the assignments at-hand during work.  Honesty, integrity, diligence, quality, timeliness - these are the halmarks of a successful home-source (tm) consultant.

Maintining great connection and communication with the client and the xbig6 is a must.  Schedules and work assignments can be flexible - but the consultant must also know when and how to put the light-bulb on for the project.

HOME-SOURCE (tm) provides a re-connection to the work-world.  Not everyone can turn-on and turn-off the pace.  Before considering home-source (tm) as an option - candidates are highly recommended to reach alignment with their spouse or significant other - and to be certain other household members understand that this is a job ... it just happens to be (mostly) done at home.

HOME-SOURCE (tm) can help you refresh your resume - and your Rolodex (sm).  The work shouldn't and must not be soley about you - it must also be about the client.  Still, there is a lot of value in recrafting your "business-self" - through a transition period.
